How do I book an appointment?

If you are a returning guest, click  Booking to be redirected to the online scheduler.

For New Guests: To book a haircut, a blow dry or a luxury head spa treatment, please click Booking to be redirected to the online scheduler or reach out to the email or number listed below with any questions.

What services should I book?

 

If you are unsure of what services you need, please reach out! I want to make sure we have the right amount of time booked out to do the services required to get to our hair goals

What happens if I cancel my appointment within 48 hours of my appointment?

​

Sometimes appointments need to be moved last minute. While completely understandable and often times unavoidable, if you should need to move your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a rescheduling  fee of $50  will be required. In the event that you accidentally forget and do not show up for an appointment without notifying me in advance, I reserve the right to request the full payment of the missed appointment. 

I'm out of shampoo or a product I purchased in-salon. How can I get this product?

​

Most products that I use in-salon are now available in the SHOP link.  Feel free to reach out if you would like me to send you the buy link for your favorite products or products I recommend that your hair will love! 

​

I often have the product you are looking for in stock but feel free to send me a text or email prior to your appointment or when you are out of a product so I can make sure I have it in stock for you to take home.
